About Me:

I am a little more reserved than some of my siblings. When new people come around, I need a minute to sit back and figure out what is going on. Who are you? Why are you here? And most importantly, are you here to give me attention? Once I decide everything is okay, I am right there ready for some love!

I really enjoy getting attention from people, but playing with my siblings is even better. Mom is fun and Tilly, the foster dog, likes to come play with us too, but if I get to choose, I am picking my siblings. They understand the importance of a good puppy wrestling match!

I am also working on this thing called potty training. Apparently there are certain places I am supposed to go and certain places I am NOT supposed to go. It’s a lot to remember when you’re a puppy! Be patient with me. I’m learning and I know I’ll figure it out.

I am eating hard food now and don’t need to nurse from Mom very often anymore. Sometimes she still lets me sneak a little in, though. I also recently learned that there is a proper way to eat my food. Did you know you are supposed to stand BESIDE the food bowl? Apparently laying in the bowl while you eat is frowned upon. My foster mom had to explain that one to me a few times. Personally, I thought I was being efficient!

I may take a minute to decide what I think about you, but once you pass my inspection, I’m ready for attention, playing and lots of puppy adventures. I just need a family who will be patient while I learn all these crazy human rules and help me grow into the amazing dog I know I can be.
