Demy

We were recently made aware of a stray female dog that had been roaming a neighboring city. This dog would frequent a particular house as the family that lived there would provide her food, water and even shelter during bad weather. This girl has also been very elusive, preventing the family from catching her. Over the past year, this girl has now produced two litters, the latest being our "D" litter pups. SoCo Rescue is going to assist with capturing this girl and having her spay to prevent any further litters.

Demy is undoubtedly the more rambunctious pup of this litter, in fact, you can see her mischievousness in her eyes. At the same time, she is also a very affectionate girl who will bring a lot happiness into your life. She loves playing with her siblings so a home with another dog would be great for Demy.

We've just started Demy on her regiment of de-wormings and vaccinations. While still too young to receive her rabies vaccine (obtain after 12 weeks of age), she has already received 1 of 3 of his first year puppy vaccines. Demy's adopter must agree to having her spay once she reaches 6 months old and provide SoCo Rescue with verification of such. Demy will require all of her basic training.

Per our adoption policy, Demy can be pre-adopted, but will not be released to her new home until a week after receiving her second vaccine ( Estimated release date: Nov. 9).

Demy had a skin scrap on her face, whit came back negative, and is healing beautifully. Just needs time to grow back hair.
