About Me:
I like to make sure everyone knows I am here! If I think you may have forgotten about me, don’t worry, I will happily remind you. I have things to say, and apparently everyone needs to hear them!
My foster mom says I have a really pretty coat and that my coloring isn’t something you see very often. She says that makes me special. I mean… I already knew that, but it’s nice that she finally figured it out too.
I have mostly moved on from nursing and am eating hard food like a big puppy now. I did think the best way to eat was to climb right into the food dish, lay down, and snack from there. Apparently that is NOT proper puppy table manners. Who knew? My foster mom has taught me that I am supposed to stand beside the bowl and eat. It’s not nearly as cozy, but I’m getting the hang of it.
I am also discovering toys, but honestly, other dogs are even better! My siblings are great for wrestling, Mom is fun to play with, and even the foster dog gets in on the action. There is usually someone around who is willing to play with me, which is exactly how I like it.
I am working on this whole potty-training thing too. I haven’t completely figured out why humans have so many rules about where you can and cannot go, but I’m learning! It’s a work in progress, so I’ll need a little patience and lots of practice.
Besides, I learned not to lay in my food bowl. If I can accomplish something THAT difficult, I’m pretty sure I can figure out this potty thing too!
I am ready to find my forever home where I can continue to grow, learn, play, and show you just how special I am. I still have lots of puppy things to figure out, but with a little patience, love, and practice, I know I can do it. After all, I already learned not to lay in my food bowl!
