Sammy

Breed: Corgi/Terrier X DOB: 8/2023 Gender: male Altered: no Coat: medium Size: small Color(s): brown/white Description: Hi, I'm Sammy, a charming Corgi / Terrier X who is ready to steal your heart and possibly your bed - I love to sleep right beside you in bed. I am a gentle, playful, and outgoing fellow who adores being included in all your activities. I'm a master lap dog, always eager to please and keen to cuddle up next to you for some quality snooze time. I am a social butterfly who gets along swimmingly with other dogs and even cats. I'm house/paper trained, a whiz at using the doggie door, and know all the essential tricks like sit and stay.

I walk beautifully on a leash—as long as I believe I have to—and always comes when called, especially if you add a little squat to your call. (Who knew body language was so important?) I might be a tad shy at first, but don’t let that fool you; I'm happy, friendly, and according to my foster, I’d probably be just fine around children too. I was unfortunately dumped on a volunteer’s property, but I've bounced back with my tail wagging and am now looking for a forever home where I can be the center of attention. If you’re searching for a delightful, outgoing, and gentle companion who’s good with other pets and knows all the tricks, I am your guy. Fill out an online application to come meet lovable me and get ready for a lifetime of adventures. *Thank you to Sharon for sponsoring this wonderful dog and giving him the chance for a better life.
