Scamper

Scamper is a bigger little dog at about 18½ pounds, with a big personality. He is very high-energy, friendly, and enjoys attention. He approaches readily and enjoys pets. He can also be quite barky and has a lot of energy to burn. He walks easily on leash and has been easy to handle during outings. He can get very focused on other dogs, and his high energy can be a lot for them.

Scamper would likely do best with someone who enjoys an active, energetic dog and can give him plenty of exercise and play.
