SPONSOR OR FOSTER ME - Phineas

To sponsor my trip to WI, go to www.tailwaggers911.com for more info!
I am able to go home to my forever family right from transport!! You get a 5 day Foster-to-Adopt trial with me in your home. Please note that Foster-to-Adopt trials are offered at the rescue's discretion and may be limited or declined in cases of repeated returns or misuse of the program.
Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on Nov 20th and arrive on Nov 21st, I need both a sponsor, and a WI foster home or a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!!

Description:
Phineas and his family were devastatingly dumped, in a very remote area in the country. They were lucky to be found by a gentleman who was driving down a county road to get to work. These little dogs stood no chance out there alone; no food, no water, no shelter. Our Texas rescue partners were contacted and took immediate action. They are now learning about the good life and desperately need homes who will love and comfort them. They are so happy and grateful to be safe with their new human friends! Phineas is adorable and loves to be carried! He did great during his first grooming appointment!
