Please Note: Carolina Poodle Rescue requires a meet and greet where everyone living in the home - all people and all dogs - will come to our farm to meet dogs. This is non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you and your family can't make this commitment.

Tiny in size but big in heart, Stalone is a sweet little Yorkie who loves being close to his people. This affectionate velcro dog enjoys snuggling, following his favorite humans around, and soaking up attention wherever he goes. He came into rescue missing most of his teeth and has since received extensive dental care and been neutered.

Stalone thrives on companionship and prefers a home where someone is around much of the time. He enjoys gentle activity, exploring, and being included in daily routines. He has done well with both large and small dogs and is comfortable around cats.

Must have: a home where someone is home often; adopters who enjoy a close, affectionate companion

Exercise: short daily walks, light play, and opportunities to explore

Best with: adults or families; dog‑friendly homes; adopters seeking a velcro companion

Not ideal for: homes where he will be left alone for long periods

Energy level: medium — enjoys activity but also loves cuddle time

Stalone is an easy companion who combines the loyalty of a velcro dog with the charm of a little Yorkie. He loves attention, enjoys being included in daily activities, and is happiest close to his people.
