⭐ Meet Star ⭐
Star is a clever, affectionate girl with a playful spirit and a soft spot for other dogs. She loves being part of the action, and once she gets to know you, she’s delighted to come over for gentle pats—and come back for more!
We saw her personality shine during a recent stay with another foster family. Star made fast friends with their dog, Annie. Before long, the two were inseparable. Star followed Annie around, picked up the household routine and made herself right at home. She was always curious about what everyone was doing and didn’t want to miss a thing!
Star enjoys learning and would love an active family to share adventures with. We think she could have a wonderful time trying an activity like agility. She’s a smart cookie who wants to please, and it’s lovely to watch her confidence grow as she learns something new.
Star can be a little shy when meeting someone new, so she appreciates a gentle introduction and the chance to come say hello in her own time. She has formed a particularly close bond with her female foster caregiver, and we feel she would thrive with a woman as her primary caregiver. A confident, well-balanced canine companion is also a must for Star—having a dog friend helps her settle in and brings out her best.
If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion to learn, play and share your days with, Star might be your girl. She’s ready to find her people and give them her whole heart. ❤️
