Young (9 months) · Male · Cocker Spaniel (medium coat)

Meet Oscar, a sweet 10-month-old Cocker Spaniel who was found as a stray and rescued from an local Animal Shelter. He’s up to date on all vaccinations, preventatives, and has completed all blood work. Oscar is playful, loving, and great with other animals. He would do well in a home with or without children, and he’s already housebroken, which is a big plus. 5. Winston

1 Year 3 Months · Male · Hound / Mixed

Meet Winston

A 1.5 year old sweet agent of chaos who needs some work but is worth the effort! We believe him to be half coonhound and half lab.

Winston is…
High Energy
Crate & Potty Trained
Kid Friendly
Dog friendly (AFTER a slow intro)

His biggest areas of opportunity are impulse control, learning to embrace moments of calm even when exciting things are happening, and greeting other dogs, especially while on leash.

While he lives with a cat now he does want to chase him. He doesn’t seem to want to hurt him but is still working on “leave it” so he’d do best in home with no cats at this time.

Read more about Winston

Winston loves all people and is sweet as pie, but he needs a home with another playful dog and/or acreage to run. His recall is decent and he’ll run a property and come back when called, as long as he’s not mid small critter chase (he is part coonhound after all!).

If you’re in a place to take on a project with a whole lot of love and play to give, Winston may be the dog for you!!

6. Mack

2 Years 9 Months · Male · Bluetick Coonhound

Meet Mack

Mack is a 2-year-old Bluetick Coonhound looking for his forever home. Despite not having the most stable start to life and being bounced around between a couple of homes, Mack hasn’t let it dim his spirit. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy just waiting for the right person to give him the love and stability he deserves.

Mack is great with other dogs and is currently living with 3 other coonhounds in his foster home. He does need a home without children, and he would do best with someone who understands hounds and is willing to give him patience, consistency, and time to settle in.

Read more about Mack

This handsome guy LOVES going for walks and will absolutely let you know when he spots deer or other critters He’s proud of his beautiful hound voice, so a house would likely be a better fit for him than an apartment.

Mack is crate trained and likes sleeping in his crate with his blanket. He’s also a big fan of attention — he’ll lean right into you for pets or flop over for belly rubs whenever he gets the chance.

Mack may have a few quirks that make him a little harder to place, but underneath it all he’s a loving, loyal dog who simply needs his special person. If you’re hound-savvy and looking for a companion with lots of personality and love to give, Mack could be your perfect match ❤️
