She is the kind of dog who seems to really want that connection with her person — the attention, the affection, the closeness. She wants someone she can love and trust. She’s looking for her person. Someone who will give her a safe place to land. Someone who will let her decompress. Someone who will give her the time and patience to figure out what life is supposed to feel like outside of a shelter. And just look at her — Lark is looking fantastic. She has already shown everyone how wonderful she can be. Now we need to give her the opportunity to truly relax, settle in, and show us who she is when she isn't surrounded by the stress of a shelter environment. It could be the difference between continuing to wait behind kennel doors and finally getting to experience a soft bed, a routine, a yard, a couch, a person to love, and a place she can finally call safe. Her puppies have been given their chance. Now it’s Lark’s turn. She has spent enough time waiting. #MADRescue #MADRescueDogs #MADRescueMalinois #MalinoisInNeed #FosterSavesLives #FosterNeeded #RescueMalinois #MalinoisRescue #AdoptDontShop #RescueMe #SaveLark #FosterARescue All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and six month subscription. ***************If you are interested in adopting this pet, please complete an application at this link: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/24689/generic. ***************MAD is an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. He can happily go for miles. He keeps up with the big dogs and still has enough sense to check in with his humans. Bed time snuggles are a must… thinks he’s a lap dog Athletic?? once he grows into his extra long legs and big floppy body…. But he tries his best. Knows basic obedience and how to shake! Recall it great and working on staying in a sit for more than two seconds Definitely still a puppy however; we are working on boundaries and staying out of personal space. He is mouthy at times but in a gentle manner. Isn’t overly barky. He barks when playing with his foster brother but isn’t over the top noisy all the time. Can settle quickly in the crate at bedtime and is working on crating during short daytime periods. Overall Bizkit will be a fantastic pet. I don’t necessarily think he is suitable for working but he is already an expert in being a good boy and will make an active family very happy. He does need room to get that energy out tho! As long as you are paying attention to him potty training is going well and the accidents he has had have been at the back door so he 100% understands the assignment just needs time to be able to hold it All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and six month subscription. She is a loving companion who connects deeply with her family and has shown patience, gentleness, and awareness around children.Astrid is an incredible blend of intelligence, confidence, affection, and goofy personality. She loves being with her people and wants to be included in everyday life—whether that means adventures, relaxing at home, or simply being by your side.During her evaluation, Astrid remained calm and confident in a busy public setting with people, cars, and other dogs nearby. She was curious, observant, friendly, and showed no reactivity. She enjoys exploring, using her nose, and being part of whatever her people are doing.Astrid would thrive with a foster family who will include her in daily life. She is a companion dog who wants a partnership—not just a backyard. She would love walks, adventures, dog-friendly outings, water activities, and relaxing with her people.Astrid will need patience and time to decompress as she transitions, but with stability and love, this sweet girl is ready to SHINE.If you are looking for a loyal companion, adventure buddy, cuddle partner, and a dog who will bring joy and laughter into your life—Astrid may be your perfect match. Foster or foster-to-adopt placement needed. Help Astrid begin her next chapter. All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and 6 month subscription. At 6 years old, Mallory is past the puppy stage, but she is still a Malinois — intelligent, energetic, engaged, and looking for a person who will give her opportunities to use both her body and her brain. She deserves more than simply being a dog in the house; she deserves a life where she can be active, included, and continue being the amazing dog she is. Located in South Carolina Mallory is currently seeking a FOSTER home only. Her foster family will give her the chance to decompress, learn more about her personality and needs, and help MAD determine what type of forever home will allow Mallory to truly thrive. If you have experience with Malinois or other high-drive dogs and think you could be the right foster for Mallory, MAD Rescue would love to hear from you. Sometimes rehoming isn't about a dog being a problem — it's about recognizing that a dog deserves a life that better fits who they are.Help us give Mallory that chance. Who knew a big boy could be so easy about bedtime?Cat updates: His first interaction with cats went really well, and he's been practicing his manners around them. We're working toward peaceful coexistence, and so far, so good!Puddle patrol: If there's a puddle, Rambo will find it. If there's mud involved, even better. We have a feeling spa days are going to become a regular thing around here! And then there's his heart...For a guy who was left out in the desert to fend for himself, Rambo sure loves being close to his humans. He wants to be part of everything, loves a good cuddle, and is still looking to build that special bond with his person. He's a big boy with an even bigger soft spot for the people he loves. He also comes with some pretty entertaining sleeping positions. So what kind of home is Rambo looking for? Someone who enjoys a little adventure, is happy to continue his training, and understands that confidence and trust grow with time. He doesn't need to be an Olympic athlete. He'd much rather be your companion, your shadow, your playmate, and your very large snuggle buddy.Rambo is about 1.5 years old and currently living with his foster family in Washington. He's come a long way from being left alone in the desert. Now he just needs someone to show him that he's home for good.Interested in Rambo? Reach out to his adoption counselor, Eve, with questions or to learn more about this big lovebug. All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and 6 month subscription. She's observant, quick to learn, and always thinking one step ahead. Social butterfly! She loves interacting with people and playing with other dogs. She's confident, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys being part of the action. Drive for days! Jarrahdale has fantastic food and toy motivation, along with a naturally high drive. For someone interested in training, dog sports, or simply raising an intelligent, active companion, she has some exciting potential! Already learning the ropes! She's doing wonderfully with her crate training, has a healthy appetite, and isn't shy about exploring new places, trying new foods, or investigating unfamiliar things. And that personality? Absolutely priceless. She's vocal, mischievous, affectionate in her own playful way, and full of character. There's never a dull moment when Jarrahdale is around! All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and six month subscription. Perfect puppy level recall already! Extremely treat motivated and food motivated. Good toy drive and medium energy level. Great off switch and seems like a great potential starter mal. Great with other dogs and LOVES all people. He doesn’t know a stranger! NO FEAR! Confident boy who is afraid of nothing! He has seen horses, cows, trucks, lawn mowers, people, other dogs, and gone up and down stairs with no hesitation. Great with grooming (baths, nails, teeth, ears, etc) and sits very well. Potty training and leash walking are a work in progress, but he doesn’t pull much already and doesn’t have accidents if you monitor him closely! Loves to sniff and find things (treats or otherwise) in the environment. Has great potential as a scent work dog!A quote from the foster:“He is one of the easiest puppies I have ever had. If adopting two was possible, I’d keep him and his brother both!”All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and six month subscription.
