My foster parents can run errands and he's ok to left out.

Walking at Parks are a bit much for Bo with bikes and other dogs. He can be leash reactive when startled or approaching dogs. A quieter area is better with less foot traffic.

Bo loves car rides. Good in the car.

Good with children. Cats unknown.

Hi, I'm Bagel ~4 year old female Beagle. I was picked up “running errands” outside a Family Dollar down in Athens. The folks at PAWS transported me to Columbus, where I have been living the good life with my foster family.

So far they say I am sweet, a little reserved, but starting to open up after 2 weeks of routine and stability. I love to snuggle up on the couch, or go for a walk. I'm good with kids and other dogs. I met a cat at the vet's office and was curious but cautious.

Meet Crumpet! She’s been guessed at 4 and at 8 and at 2 so we’re going with 4 since she acts like a puppy half the time and an old lady half the time. She’s a micro bully (bulldog) and she’ll provide you with all the little gremlin noises your heart desires. She’s good with dogs and cats and LOOOOVES basketballs (random, we know). She sits (hilarious) for treats. She takes treats gently, she’s good in the car, potty trained and not destructive (except those delicious basketballs….).

This beautiful 10 month old, per the vet’s guess, girl is Vittoria, a 60-lb Great Pyrenees mix who is ready to find her forever family!

Vittoria is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. She loves having fun, but she’s also a total cuddle bug who would happily snuggle up with her people. Vittoria is good with other dogs, great with kids, house trained, crate trained, great in the car, good on the leash, and knows basic commands.

Meet Zel! This 1-2 year old tri colored pittie. He is the quintessential pit bull- He is gorgeous, sweet & smart! Zel adores pets and will politely stand by your side for love. I wake up every day with love and joy radiating from the tip of my nose to the nub of my tail. I sleep all night in my crate (9P to 7A) with no accidents or whining to go outside! I already know how to sit and am very quick to learn new things. I love walking on a leash with the kids that live with me (9 yrs and 4 yrs) and all the neighbor kids in the area. I just sit down and let them all give me pets and hugs. I get along with everyone and everything. Dogs, cats, kids, adults … I even lived with a Raccoon at my prior residence! I LOVE to snuggle and prefer to be right next to you or on your lap if there’s enough room.

This sweet boy is a 2 Year old beagle Basset hound mix who came to us from a hoarding situation in St. Louis Missouri. He is good with other dogs and lived in a foster home in Missouri for a few weeks with cats so no issues there as well!

This sweet boy does not understand the term personal space! He wants to be in your lap and be loved! He is a little timid at first but warms up quickly! Another four-legged friend would help show him the ropes!

Ham has landed in a foster home! This sweet boy is Heartworm positive so will be in foster for a few months unless we can find him a forever home close to Columbus OH!

Ham is 4yo, beagle, who came from a hoarding situation in St. Louis MO. He is a sweet timid boy who will open up after a few days! He was in a temp foster homer in MO for a few weeks getting vetted. He is good with cats and dogs!

We will update you on Ham’s progress! Right now he is on stage one of HW treatment and goes back to the vet for stage 2 the first week of Dec!

We call him Elmer because just like glue, he wants to be stuck to you!

Meet Sugar Cane! A wonderful companion who's as well-mannered as he is lovable! This smart pup knows all the basics, including sit, down, and stay with both verbal and hand signals. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and happily settles on his bed when given the "place" or "spot" command. When it's time to unwind, he’ll quietly retreat to his kennel on cue for "quiet time." He even has a fun trick up his sleeve—he’ll happily offer a paw for a "patty cake" shake!

Hi, I'm Janet Jackson! I'm 5 months old. I am building my career after having to take some time off. I was quite the dancer when my littermates and I performed as a group. I took "break a leg" seriously and actually broke my leg. LOL Now that my splint is off and the vet says I can take to the stage again, I'm ready to be a solo act.
