Breezy is a 4 month old female Kelpie. She currently weighs about 17 lbs., & we're guessing she'll be in the 40 lb., range, full grown. Kelpies are a herding breed & she already has that "slinky, stealthy" thing going on like a Border Collie. We'd classify her energy level as moderate but she's not hyper. Enzo's foster says one of his best qualities is his sweet disposition. He gets along well with dogs of all sizes and loves having furry friends to play with. Whether he's romping around with his canine buddies or finding a new toy to investigate, Enzo knows how to have a good time!

Like any young pup, Enzo is still learning the ropes and figuring out what's okay to chew. Having plenty of appropriate chew toys on hand will help keep him busy and encourage good habits as he grows.

Meet Orville! This handsome, medium-sized guy has a little bit of everything that makes a great companion.

Orville has never met a stranger. His foster describes him as fun-loving, curious, and playful, with that adorable puppy-like spirit that makes life more entertaining. He enjoys his toys and playtime, but when the fun winds down, Orville is more than happy to curl up in your lap for some affection.

He’s already got some great life skills, too! Orville is crate trained and does well in the car, making him a wonderful buddy for everyday outings and adventures.

Meet Wilbur! With his beautiful cream and light brown coat, a sprinkle of freckles across his nose, and big, soulful eyes, this handsome boy is sure to catch your attention.

As Wilbur settles into his foster home, he's already showing what a special guy he is. His foster describes him as quiet, loving, and smart — a wonderful combination for a companion.

Wilbur enjoys exploring the yard and spending time with other dogs. He's curious about the world around him and seems to be finding his footing nicely in foster care.

Meet Odin!

Big, fluffy, handsome—and an absolute sweetheart! ❤️

Odin is a 3-year-old Alaskan Malamute who is one BIG boy with plenty of floof to go around! This handsome guy came to us from the Fort Worth shelter, and honestly, we’re still trying to figure out how such a well-behaved dog ended up there!

Odin is a total gentleman in the house. He is crate trained and potty trained, although he doesn’t need a crate because he is on his very best behavior when left home alone. He gets along wonderfully with his foster family’s two other Huskies and loves meeting new people.

Butters

is a sweet natured male, yellow lab mix. He was surrendered to a kind lady when his owners not only ignored his in the backyard, but also abused him. She knew one look into his caramel eyes that he needed to be loved and a new family found who would appreciate how wonderful he was. He is neutered, current on his shots, heartworm negative, crate trained and housetrained. He is kind hearted, incredibly obedient and loves spending time with people. Jason is kind of a special case.

He's been living in a cramped back yard with SIX other great pyrs.

As you can imagine, quarters are tight and these dogs don't get much individual attention. It's not a healthy situation for these dogs. But, Jason is young and while he's very shy and in need of a kind soul to help build his confidence, he's also super sweet and gentle.

Jason is getting accustomed to some of the regulars of being a dog, like learning how to walk on a leash, so he has a lot to learn, but he likes to please

Introducing Willow - a sweet little boxer mix from West Dallas. Willow had been observed chained in the yard with no shade or water several times and we wanted to intervene, but couldn't, other than to call the authorities. A short time later, Willow's owner lost their home and surrendered Willow to Angie's Friends, after all! What a lucky day for Willow . . . This sweet pup looks like she's a Boxer mix and she has a lot of boxer mannerisms. She's all puppy - full of energy and ready to play! Let us know if you'd like to meet Willow in person!
