Hi! My name is Pele! I am a handsome 2-3 year old flashy fawn boy that has a super goofy and loveable personality and enjoys life! I love to play fetch, sprint around the backyard, going on walks followed by cuddles and affection, preferably in the human's lap! I have great house manners and do not beg or counter surf. Sometimes if I am bored or not getting sufficient attention, I will bring a random shoe or stuffed animal to the humans but am not destructive. I am house trained, crate trained, and leash trained! I currently live with an older lady dog and we get along well together. While on walks I am not phased by other dogs and have been fine and chill with other pups I've met! There are 3 kids in my foster home (ages 11-16 years) and I am good with them and all of their friends that come to visit! My foster family thinks I would be friendly with younger kids, but might be a bit rambunctious and they might get 'love taps' with my enthusiastic tail! As for cats, I was introduced to a neighbor cat and I was very intent on keeping an eye on it, so I may do best in a cat free home.

Hi! My name is Giorgio, or as my foster family calls me, George or Georgie! I am a 4 year old flashy brindle boy that will charm you with my one blue eye and small stature! Prior to the rescue I got myself into an unknown situation which resulted in an extensive injury and infection to my front left leg causing it to be amputated. I had 49 staples which all have been removed and the scar is healed nicely! I am able to easily move around in the home with little carpeting or rugs. I am also heartworm positive but the rescue will assist with my treatment! I am house trained, crate trained, sleep on the dog bed in the human's room, eat dry or wet food because I'll eat pretty much anything edible, and am well behaved when being left alone if the humans are away.

Hi! My name is Curry! I am a handsome fawn 6 year old boy but I am not your average senior. I still enjoy and require plenty of exercise and will get restless without it! I am high energy and enjoy a 'job' to occupy me. I am friendly with other dogs, even those smaller than me. I needed a short introduction to the resident boxers and was curious but not aggressive. It was found out that I do not like cats, so a cat free home is needed. I love to play catch, play fetch, car rides, and play with toys all night! I am house trained, crate trained, can self soothe, know basic commands, and am doggy door trained! I also appreciate good hygiene and love to shower! I often go into the shower and beg my foster mom to turn the water on.

A volunteer saved me and now I am in a foster home and doing great! I am an "all energy" type of girl! My foster home expected a senior but I came packed with energy and alot of love to give! I love to be close to people or pets, go for car rides, snuggle, take part in any human activity (cooking, watching tv, playing computer, crafting, etc), have learned home routines well, and am enjoying being everyone's shadow! I enjoy being outside to sunbathe and most importantly, run! I love toys and the louder the better! I love water! Whether it's my entire face in the bowl or the hose outside, I will soak myself until I can't anymore! I am house trained, crate trained, and leash trained.

Laredo is a healthy male at just 9 months old. Patience and positive reinforcement will go a long way with him. He is still learning to be calm around the littles, so he’ll need some supervision at first. Laredo attended training class, but his previous family tells us they didn’t see too much change. Laredo becomes friendly with other dogs after he overcomes a little shyness at first. While he was with his previous owner, Laredo was house trained and slept in his crate at night. Laredo enjoyed riding in the car, but being at home alone didn’t seem to bother him. He’ll need some backyard supervision until he learns that digging is a no-no.
