4. Willie
Adult (3 years) · Male · American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

Meet Willie!
Willie’s story starts with a second chance he was pulled from a high-kill shelter just in the nick of time, arriving with a microchip that had never been registered and no one ever came to claim him. Their loss is your gain, because Willie is truly one of the good ones.
This sweet, 3-year-old, 50 lb boy is a people-lover through and through. The moment you start petting him, something magical happens his whole face lights up into the biggest smile, his body goes soft and wiggly, and he melts right into you. He just wants to be loved, and he gives it right back.

Willie has plenty of energy and loves to play, so he does best with dog friends who can keep up with him. He’s crate trained and will happily trot into his crate for a treat , no fuss, no drama.
He comes fully vetted and ready to start his forever chapter.
Willie doesn’t ask for much just someone to call his own. Could that be you?
Willie is in a kennel in GA. He is fully vetted. Another rescue saved him from euthansia but then abandoned him at the kennel.
We're helping share him to find a home.

5. Ruger
Adult (1 year 6 months) · Male · Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (short coat)

Meet Ruger
Ruger is a handsome, intelligent boy who has really started to show us who he truly is. At first, his intense personality and barrier reactivity toward certain dogs made us cautious, but as he’s settled in, we’ve seen a completely different side of him emerge.
Ruger has done wonderfully with several dogs in playgroups, Watching him play for the first time was such a rewarding moment! Even when another dog got overly excited around treats, Ruger stood his ground appropriately and did not react negatively. He seems to thrive once he knows and trusts his “pack.”
Read more about Ruger
He is great with people, walks well on leash, and is very food motivated he’ll happily come inside for a treat after yard time. Ruger would do best with proper introductions and continued structure.
Ruger is around a year old and 45lbs is looking for someone who understands that some dogs just need time, trust, and consistency to shine. Underneath his tough exterior is a loyal, smart, and really special dog ready for his chance at a forever home!
Ruger was also abandoned at the kennel by the rescue that pulled. He is safe but the boarding kennel isn't a forever home. If youre interested in Ruger please message us and we can help

This gal definitely is the epitome of her name - SUNSHINE!
She is a happy go lucky gal that loves everyone and everything. She is great with other dogs, and afraid of cats. She hasnt been around kids so we would have to test her, but she is so easy going we feel it would be ok.
She is a healthy girl with a special need. She is Deaf. That just means she needs to learn things differently! She is smart and wants to learn. She is learning hand signals thanks to a trainer in GA and her foster. She would love a home where she will continue this training. Deaf dog experience is not necessary but is ideal.
