1. Raggedy Ann aka Annie
EMERGENCY INTAKE UPDATE!!!
Meet Raggedy Ann, aka “Annie.” ❤️
Annie saw our vet yesterday, and unfortunately, this sweet baby has a long road to recovery ahead of her.
She is suffering from hereditary demodectic mange, fungal and bacterial skin infections, and much of her little body is essentially one large, oozing scab. She is also emaciated and full of parasites.
And yet, through all of that pain and discomfort, Annie is one of the sweetest, most grateful girls.

She is only around 4 months old, which means she has likely spent most—if not all—of her very short life living in this terrible condition. Despite everything she has endured, she is so appreciative of every gentle touch, every meal, and every bit of love she receives. ❤️
Annie is now safely settled into foster care, where she is finally receiving the medical treatment, nutrition, comfort, and love she desperately needs. She has a long journey ahead, but we made her a promise:
It’s ALL up from here, sweet girl. You will never have to live like this again. ❤️

2. Dakota
✨ UPDATE!! MEET DAKOTA! ✨
Meet Dakota! This adorable little guy came to us from a local overcrowded shelter and has settled beautifully into foster care!
Dakota is a 3–4-month-old Terrier mix weighing just 4 lbs. Based on his current size, we believe he may be around 10–15 lbs. as an adult, but with mixed-breed puppies, adult size is always our best guess.
This little guy is SO sweet, playful, and great with other dogs! He’s enjoying foster life, playing with his furry friends, and showing everyone what a happy little pup he is.

All puppies will be altered before adoption. As part of our rescue policy, all healthy and adoptable dogs over 8 weeks old and 2 lbs. will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption. We have researched pediatric spay/neuter extensively and discussed it in depth with multiple veterinarians. From a rescue standpoint, this is an essential part of our efforts to prevent unwanted litters.
There are no exceptions to this policy for healthy, adoptable puppies. Please do not request an extension on spay/neuter, as one will not be granted.

Jupiter is a sweet Dachshund mix around 2 years old and 26 lbs. who was saved from a local shelter and is now ready to find the family she deserves. She has that adorable standard Doxie-style build—short, chunky and long—and an equally lovable personality to go with it! ❤️

Jupiter is a sweet, calm girl who does well with both dogs AND cats. She even does great at doggy daycare! She would make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a more laid-back girl who can still enjoy having four-legged friends around.

Meet Captain! This handsome boy came to us from a local overcrowded shelter, where the stressful environment was simply too much for him. Poor Captain was terrified and beginning to shut down, but getting into a loving foster home has completely changed things for him. He is thriving and finally getting the chance to show everyone what a wonderful boy he really is! ❤️
Captain is an adorable Lab/Pointer mix, around 1 year old and 50ish lbs. He’s doing great in the house, absolutely loves the other dogs in his foster home and is wonderful with people. He’s a sweet, happy boy who just needed to feel safe and loved!

5. Mollie Mae
✨ UPDATE!! MEET MOLLIE! ✨
Now that her babies have all moved on, it’s finally Momma Mollie’s turn to be someone’s baby! ❤️
Mollie was found as a stray and went on to give birth to 7 beautiful babies. She was an amazing momma, and today her last puppy left the nest. Now this special girl is ready to begin the next chapter of her life!
Mollie is a gorgeous blue merle Catahoula mix, approximately 3–5 years old and 35–40ish lbs. When she first arrived, this poor girl was absolutely terrified. Despite how scared she was, she remained incredibly sweet and never showed any aggression.
And what a difference 8 weeks has made! ❤️

Mollie is absolutely thriving in her foster home! She loves exploring the farm, playing with her foster siblings, and then settling in for some cuddles on the couch. She is great with dogs of all sizes AND cats. She doesn’t mind children, but we feel an older, calmer household would likely be the best fit for her personality.
Mollie uses a doggy door and keeps a clean kennel. Most importantly, she has learned that people can be kind and that life can be GOOD.
Her perfect family will understand that she may need a little patience, love, and reassurance while adjusting to a new environment. Give this girl a little time to feel safe, and we truly believe you’ll get a lifetime of love in return.

Meet Bud, he was rescued from a not so good situation. He is 1 1/2 years old and some kind of bulldog mix. 70 pounds. Good with people, kids and other animals. Crate trained and can follow simple commands. He’s undergoing Heartworm treatment and will be adoption ready in around 8/28/26. He’s utd, neutered and an all around good boy!

7. Huddy

HOW IS THIS HANDSOME BOY STILL WAITING?!
Meet Huddy! This adorable boy and his brothers found themselves at a local overcrowded shelter, but thankfully we were able to pull them to safety. His brothers have all found their forever homes, leaving sweet Huddy as the last one left of his litter. Now we’re hoping it’s finally his turn! ❤️
Huddy is a gorgeous Retriever/Border Collie mix, or our best guess, with a beautiful longer coat. He is approximately 5–6 months old and around 30 lbs. We expect him to grow into a medium to large-sized adult.

✨ MEET REBECCA!!! ✨
‼️ FOR OVER 3 YEARS ‼️ our volunteers, dedicated street feeders, and Mobile County Animal Shelter worked endlessly to catch this sweet girl. Rebecca evaded trap after trap after trap!
During those years, we helped multiple litters of puppies in the area and even successfully trapped Rebecca’s sister and her litter about a year ago.
BUT 6 MONTHS AGO, EVERYTHING CHANGED!!! ❤️
Thanks to the amazing efforts of Animal Control…
REBECCA WAS FINALLY SECURED, SAFE, AND OFF THE STREETS!!!

How this girl survived years on the streets through freezing temperatures and snow, the extreme summer heat, traffic, vehicles, and everything else she encountered is beyond us. She is one tough girl! ❤️

I spent my life being neglected… but somehow, I never stopped believing people could be good.
“Hello, my name is Daisy.
I’m a calm, gentle girl who is approximately 5 years old. I was abandoned in a rural area of West Mobile, where I was found emaciated, starving and desperately in need of someone to care.
Thankfully, my foster parents found me, brought me home, filled my belly, gave me a bath and showed me kindness. Since then, I’ve slowly started letting my little personality shine through. ❤️

I’m still a quiet, sweet girl who absolutely loves attention. The second I hear my foster parents’ voices, my tail starts wagging. It doesn’t take much to make me happy—I’m just grateful to finally know what it feels like to be cared for.
I’m also your classic Beagle! If I catch the scent of a squirrel or rabbit trail, that Beagle nose immediately goes to work!
I do well with my foster siblings, a Frenchie and a Jack Russell, and I don’t mind cats either. My foster family has children who can sometimes be loud and energetic, and that doesn’t bother me.
More than anything, I’m looking for someone calm, patient and kind.
My foster family believes I probably spent most, if not all, of my life living outside and being neglected. I don’t know why that was the life I was given, but despite everything I’ve been through, I still trust. I still love. And I still want a family of my own.

Meet Bunny! This cutie came to us from a local overcrowded shelter. She was picked up as a stray with a terrible broken leg that had to be amputated. It’s believed she was hit by a car. Despite all she’s been through, this girl is the sweetest. She’s a heeler/terrier. She’s 6-9 months and 18 lbs. She may be a tripod but that doesn’t slow her down. She’s great with cats, dogs and kids. Will use a doggy door, doesn’t mind a crate and is the perfect family companion. She’s utd, spayed and ready for her forever home!

How has this adorable little fuzzball not found his forever family yet?!
Rudy was found as a stray and taken in by one of our wonderful volunteers. Since entering foster care, this boy has absolutely THRIVED! We believe he is a Lab/Aussie mix, around 6-ish months old, and he is full of life, personality, and love! ❤️
Rudy doesn’t meet a stranger! He loves people, loves other animals, and is just an all-around happy little guy. He has the perfect combination of being active and playful while also knowing how to settle down and relax.

Meet Levi!
This adorable boy is one of Momma LolaBelle’s beautiful babies! LolaBelle was found as a stray and delivered her puppies just days later. She appears to be a standard Schnoodle mix and weighs around 45 lbs. Dad is unknown, but we believe Levi and his siblings will likely be in the 40–50 lb range when fully grown.
Levi is now 14 weeks old and around 12 lbs. He is a spunky, playful little guy who loves HARD! ❤️ He’s full of puppy personality, fun, and affection and is ready to find a family to call his own!

Libby Lou is a German wire-haired pointer mix. She is approximately one and half years old. Her previous owner’s housing situation has changed and she is unable to keep her. Libby loves dogs of all sizes and children of all ages. She has been around a variety of dogs and is very submissive to others. Due to her being a mix of two hunting dogs, cats and smaller mammals (not including dogs) are not a good fit for her. She needs a secured fence and if she had her way she would spend her days outside laying in the sun. She is used to a dog door, but she has been okay the past few months spending her days inside. Libby loves to go on long walks and playing with her toys in the yard. She misses the concept of fetch, but she will gladly trot to the toy and play with it where it lands. Libby is a cuddle bug, and most would say she has the personality to be a service animal with her calm demeanor. She is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and spayed.

Ally has already been a momma, survived being left on the side of the road, and somehow still has nothing but love to give. ❤️ This beautiful girl deserves for the next chapter of her life to be the one where she is finally chosen, cherished, and HOME forever.
Ally is an approximately 1½-year-old Border Collie mix who was found on the side of the road after previously having puppies. We may not know everything about her past, but we do know this sweet girl is more than ready to leave it behind!

Ally is an absolute sweetheart and has done wonderfully in foster care. She does great in the house, doesn’t mind her crate, and does well on a leash. She is great with other animals and kids and loves playing with her foster siblings. When she’s ready to relax, give her some toys to chew on and she is one happy girl!
Ally truly has so much going for her and would make a wonderful addition to a family. She is UTD, spayed, and heartworm negative (tested below detectable levels) and is ready to find the forever family she deserves!

Meet Pixie. She is a chi terrier mix around 18ish lbs and 3-4 years old. She came to us VERY pregnant and delivered 9 beautiful babies just days later. She’s the sweetest girl and the best mom. She’s protective of her babies but gets along well with cats and dogs. She uses a doggy door, doesn’t mind a crate and can be trusted out and about when not home. Her babies are weaned and this girl is looking for a home to call her own. She loves to lounge on the couch and cuddle with you. Great with farm animals and the perfect family pup. She will complete her vetting 7/9/26 and will then be adoption ready!

Raya is a 5 year old Labby mix with the sweetest personality! She was rescued off the street by her foster mom and spent a long time being afraid of her own shadow. Meet Stellie! This beautiful girl and her siblings were rescued from a not-so-good situation. Her siblings have all found their homes, and now it’s Stellie’s turn! We can’t believe this sweet, outgoing girl is the last one still waiting.
Stellie is a gorgeous Great Pyrenees mix, approximately 5–6 months old and 30-ish lbs. She was the only girl and the middle child of her litter. She has a slimmer build than her brothers, medium-length hair, and the sweetest personality. She’s also the most outgoing of the bunch!

Stellie is expected to be a large-sized adult, so her forever family should be prepared for plenty of dog to love! She’s pretty mellow for her age, incredibly smart, and eager to learn. She picked up on using the doggy door on her very first day! Of course, she’s still a puppy and will need continued training, patience, and consistency as she grows.
