JOSIE is Looking For: Josie is a beautiful Chihuahua mix who has officially retired from raising her puppies Jenny, Jarret, Jordyn, and Janet and is ready to be pampered! After safely raising her four wonderful puppies, this resilient girl is looking for a loving home where she can finally be the baby. Josie sports a magnificent pair of perky, expressive ears that stand tall and let you know she is tuned in to you. She has deep eyes that will look right into your heart and tell you how grateful she is. Josie is a gentle soul who prefers a gentle approach. Raising four puppies takes a toll! Josie is also looking for a nutritious diet. Josie cannot wait to bloom with you!

What My Foster Says About Me: Josie is doing great. She’s getting better on leash each day. Her favorite spot at home is perched in the window in the seat formerly owned by my cats. Aside from meeting dogs, she enjoys nothing more than basking in a sunbeam. She doesn't fixate on my cats but gets jealousy if she thinks they are taking my attention away from her. She loves meeting other dogs and would probably enjoy having a canine sibling.
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
