Rory Rich

Hi there, I’m Rory Rich, and

I’m ready to hit the jackpot with my forever family! I am a 3-year-old, 24-pound Shih Tzu/Terrier mix with an easygoing, happy-go-lucky personality. If you are looking for a fun, friendly, and deeply loving companion, I am your guy!

I am the ultimate social butterfly. I absolutely love everyone I meet, including kids, and I will happily trot right up to say hello. I am also a massive fan of other dogs, whether they are big or small. My ideal home is an active one where people love to play with me. Because I love to play, a home with another dog would be great, but I would also be perfectly happy as an only dog.

Here is a quick look at my favorite things:

- Squeaky toys, fetch, and a good game of tug-of-war

- Going for walks (I walk beautifully on a leash, though I do insist on stopping to sniff the roses!)

- Co-piloting on car rides

- Food! I am not a picky eater at all and I already know how to sit politely for treats.

I am fully potty trained and very well-behaved. When the sun goes down, my favorite place to be is right by your side, sleeping soundly either on your bed or on the bedroom floor. Because I am so gentle and uncomplicated, my friends here think I would be a fantastic match for anyone, even a first-time dog owner.

Are you ready for a life full of playtime, walks, and endless tail wags? Apply to adopt me today!
