Atlas is a handsome 1-year-old Pitbull mix who is neutered, housebroken, crate trained, and ready to find the family he can call his own. He is said to be a Pitbull mix, but as always, we do not DNA test.

Atlas is a happy, affectionate boy who truly loves everyone he meets. He does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. He already knows basic commands, and we are continuing to work with him on leash training and calm, slow-approach greetings. Atlas can get a little excited when meeting new people because he just wants everyone to know how happy he is to see them!
Atlas was surrendered to a rural pound when he was around 7–8 months old after his family's circumstances changed. Despite that unexpected start, Atlas has remained a loving, playful, people-friendly boy who is eager to please and ready for his next chapter.
His favorite things include walks, car rides, playing with other dogs, chasing and playing with his ball, and of course plenty of snuggles with his people.
Atlas would do best with a loving, active family who will continue his training, keep him well socialized, and give him plenty of opportunities to learn, play, and be part of the family. With continued guidance and love, Atlas has everything he needs to keep growing into the very best boy he can be.

Meet Uno,
Uno is such a sweet, gentle girl with an amazing personality. She loves giving kisses, cuddling, and spending time with people. She was wonderful with our 5-year-old son. She was gentle, respectful, and never jumped on him, which says so much about her sweet nature.
She also loves being outside and having fun, and she did great with our dogs! She was happy to hang out, play, explore, and then come back inside for some cuddles. She loves going walks but could use work on not pulling.
