She is house trained, good with other dogs, rides well in the car, and has no food or toy issues. Meet Culver! This wonderful little guy is friendly, loving, and ready to be your very best friend. He loves playing fetch and spending time with his favorite people. Culver is a Chihuahua/Beagle mix with the most beautiful, soulful eyes and a heart full of love.According to his foster mom, Culver is housebroken and appears to get along well with other dogs. He would do well with older children, and his compatibility with cats has not yet been determined. His foster mom would prefer a home with a fenced yard where he can safely enjoy his outdoor time and play.Simply put, Culver is a terrific little guy who has so much love to give.

Unfortunately I was hit by a vehicle two years ago and had to have my leg amputated, but I am a happy, healthy boy now. Being a tripod does not slow me down! Panda was adopted from us once before but came back due to her owner having health issues. We are told that she is potty trained, likes golf cart rides and being with her people. Meet Poe, a sweet 2.5 y/o male pug with big puppy energy!

- great w/ older kids (13 and up) cannot confirm on younger but would assume yes because he is the sweetest. He does like to jump though so keep that in mind!

- working on potty training and has made huge improvements since getting fixed. We use belly bands at night but only as a precaution - there has been no urine in the diaper for days.

- working on boundaries with jumping on furniture.

- cannot walk down basement stairs but will go up. No problem with wider steps outside.

Banderita is a super playful and very happy dog. There is not a mean bone in her body. She gets along well with my other rescue dog Ellie. They are constantly playing so Banderita would probably annoy an older dog that isn’t as into playing. She is about 90% house trained. Walks ok on the leash but she is just over a year old so she is still learning.

Allegra loves a good walk with lots of smells. She is so happy to be in a home with a family- her tail is always wagging- and she has been excellent with the kids. She loves a belly rub and laying outside in the sun.

She can get enthusiastic with her fetch and play, so older kids may be best. She does not love the crate, but we are working on getting her more comfortable. We have not had her meet many dogs yet, but she was friendly with dogs at CACC.

Norm is an absolute snuggle bug, he doesn't only want to be next to you, he prefers to be on top of you. He is a couch potato and loves to give and receive all of the love and kisses. He is more reserved when outside but inside is when his real personality shines.

She is very sweet she loves to cuddle and play with her toys she will play ball all by herself. She loves to go on walks and be by her person always wagging her tail and happy. She is smart, she knows commands and comes and listens when you call her name. She does not bark unless she is trying to warn you of something. She is a great dog.

His story may pull at your heartstrings, but one look at his loving, happy face and you would never know all that he has been through.Blake was originally rescued from another shelter after being abandoned in an unoccupied home. When he came to us and had his initial veterinary examination, we discovered that he had a severe heart murmur. After further evaluation, it was determined that Blake would need surgery in order to survive.Blake was referred to a specialized veterinary hospital, where he underwent a Balloon Valvuloplasty to treat his heart condition.
