Meet Sandra
Sandra is a beautiful, approximately 6-year-old Boxer with the kind of charming, easygoing personality that makes her incredibly easy to fall in love with.
Sandra is house trained and crate trained, and her crate is actually one of her favorite places. During the day, her crate door stays open, and when she’s ready for a nap or a little quiet time, you’ll often find her curled up inside by choice. It’s her cozy little retreat.
She gets along wonderfully with cats and can live with other dogs, although Sandra seems like the kind of girl who wouldn’t mind being someone’s one-and-only.

If she does share her home with another dog, she’d be happiest with a respectful companion who understands personal space and isn’t constantly in her face. Sandra is more about peaceful coexistence than nonstop wrestling!
Her biggest work in progress is leash walking. It appears that going for walks simply wasn’t something Sandra had much experience with before coming into rescue. She feels safest walking very close to her person—sometimes right up against your leg—and she’s already making slow, steady progress. With patience, reassurance, and practice, we think this girl is going to figure out that walks can actually be pretty wonderful.
Sandra spent part of her previous life being used for breeding, and now it’s finally her turn. Her turn to be someone’s baby. Her turn to have a soft place to land, a family who adores her, and a life where nothing is expected of her except to be Sandra.
She isn’t looking for anything complicated. A comfy crate, kind humans, maybe a respectful furry roommate or two, and someone willing to walk beside her while she discovers just how good life can be.
7. Kobe
Kobe is waiting for someone to order him off the Sandwich Litter menu! Kobe is almost 19 weeks old. He is playful, smart, cuddly, and always ready for whatever fun is happening. He LOVES to play and would be happiest with an active family who wants a pup to bring along for adventures. Even better? Give him another dog to wrestle, chase, and generally annoy like a proper little brother. He’s great with kids, loves other dogs, and after he’s gotten some of that puppy energy out, he’s more than happy to settle in for some cuddles. Pansy is looking for one very important thing in her forever home: to be your one and only. She’s decided sharing her humans with another dog simply isn’t part of her five-year plan… and honestly, she has enough personality to fill the whole house anyway.
Pansy is crate trained and almost house trained, and she’s working hard on extending her crate time to help keep those potty habits on track. She’s a smart girl who thrives with a confident handler and absolutely LOVES being with her people.

When it’s time to play, Pansy is ready to GO. Running? Yes. Chasing a ball? Absolutely. Playing chase with her person? Even better. But once she’s gotten her zoomies out, she’s more than happy to clock out for the day and curl up next to you on the couch.
She walks nicely on leash and loves leisurely neighborhood strolls where she can sniff, explore and keep tabs on everything happening around her. And by everything, we especially mean bunnies. Pansy has a strong prey drive and possesses approximately 47 times better bunny-detection technology than the average human, so this little lady should stay safely leashed while outside.
And because her résumé apparently wasn’t impressive enough already, she is also an excellent car-ride companion and recently discovered the magic of pup cups!
Pansy may need to be the only dog in her home, but she has SO much love to give her person. Whether you’re walking the neighborhood, heading out for a car ride, tossing a ball or doing absolutely nothing on the couch… Pansy’s favorite place will always be right next to you.

If you are looking for a dog who is past the crazy puppy and teenage phases and is trustworthy to leave alone without the fear of coming back to a messy or destructive surprise, then Nova is the gal for you! She is a calm and independent girl who has proved over and over again that she can be trusted to be left on her own, even without being crated. She has been with us for 2 months now and has NEVER had an accident or nibbled on anything. She is the perfect housemate! She will go into her crate, and is calm and quiet while in it, but she would really prefer not to be crated. We don’t even crate her anymore.

This girl LOVES her people! She is very gentle and although she weighs in at about 70 lbs, she can be trusted around little ones to not jump on or knock them over as well as having a very gentle mouth when taking treats. She is the most lovable and sweetest girl. She loves carrying around her stuffies and will joyfully prance after it in a fun game of fetch (it is so cute!!). She is a Cane Corso/boxer/shepherd mix and approximately 2-3 yrs old. She is cautious and seems very alert to new situations; she may also have a livestock protector breed in the mix. She previously lived with other dogs and has been good meeting dogs with very slow introductions. She would probably do best in a home without other dogs or with dogs that are calm and respectful of her personal space and things. Nova came into rescue so her puppies could safely be brought into the world and they could all be given loving homes. Her puppies are now all off in their forever homes and she has been waiting patiently for her own. Could it be yours??
