Meet Patches!
He was recently rescued by animal control from a difficult situation alongside six other dogs. While his past has left him a bit timid and submissive around other pups, his heart is pure gold when it comes to people—he is incredibly loving, sweet, and affectionate. We truly believe Patches would thrive in a home with a gentle, confident dog companion who can show him the ropes and help him build his trust.

Meet Tuka. Tyka is a cuddle bug and loves to be with a human in sight but not underfoot. Tuka gets along great with orher dogs and tries to be friends with cats. He walks well on a leash, loves plush toys and is working on house training in his foster home. Tuka came froma rough situation and is looking for some love and stability in his forever home.

Lilly was found on a frigid January night with ice in her whiskers.

Meet Lucy! This beautiful, mid-sized Shepherd was found abandoned along the roadside with six puppies in tow.
She proved to be an incredible, devoted mother, and we are thrilled to share that all of her pups have now been happily adopted into loving homes.

Now, it’s finally Lucy’s turn to shine.

This sweet pup and her littermates were unfortunately abandoned under a bridge in a rural area. Left entirely on their own for who knows how long, she arrived in our care very thin, suffering from worms, and deeply wary of strangers.

Fortunately, Smudge is now safe in a loving foster home. She is finally receiving the proper nutrition, medical care, and affection she truly deserves. While she is still very scared of people, her gentle spirit is beginning to show. She needs a patient, dedicated forever family who will give her the time, love, and attention she needs to build trust. Please share her story and help Smudge find her perfect home!

a sweet and timid 27–29 lb pup who loves big dog companions, cozy blankets, and gentle "boops" on the legs. She is looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace.

Meet DINKLES, a sweet puppy with a gentle heart who is searching for a patient and loving forever home.

Dinkles and his littermates had a heartbreaking start to life after being abandoned under a bridge in a rural area and left to fend for themselves. When he arrived in our care, he was very thin, suffering from worms, and deeply wary of strangers. Thankfully, Dinkles is now safe in a loving foster home where he is receiving the nutritious food, medical care, and affection every puppy deserves.

Meet SOCRATES, a young, handsome pup who is wondering why he's still waiting for a family of his own.

Socrates currently lives in the county kennels, but he deserves so much more than a kennel life. At around 1 year old, this Black Mouth Cur mix is everything people love about young dogs: friendly, fun, eager to please, and always ready for an adventure.

Meet CHANCE, a handsome Blue Heeler/Hound mix with a heart of gold and a personality that's impossible not to love.

At just 2 years old, Chance is the perfect combination of loyal companion, adventure buddy, and best friend. Weighing 52 pounds, he's the kind of dog who forms deep bonds with his people and wants nothing more than to be included in whatever the day has in store.

Zig Zag is the cutest little guy ever!!! He is a Border Collie mix, about 5 months old and under 20 pounds.

What a little character he is, extremely shy at first and then all love and kisses next. He was found as a stray and is being fostered with 2 other dogs. Zig Zag is very smart and a quick learner.

Izzy is a very special girl who needs a loving and understanding home. She is a 3 1/2 year old Golden Retriever.

Her owner got her from a shelter when she was a puppy. Her owner wasn't fond of her and then got really mad when she showed signs of food aggression. We got her out of that situation but 3.5 years is a long time to live with someone who doesn't really like you.

Izzy does have food aggression with other dogs but it is something that we are working on with a trainer. She needs a new home without kids and possibly no other dogs.

This sweet girl needs our help. Her owner is devastated but has no other option but to find her a new home.

Her name is Pepper and she is about 9 years old and weighs 35 pounds. Her breed is called a Middle Eastern village dog. Her owner rescued her from an agency that goes overseas and rescues dogs in Pakistan and Kuwait ,she is actually from Kuwait.

As you can see from her pictures she knows how to smile and have a good time. She is a little leary of men especially if they have sunglasses or a hat on. She is great with children and loves most other dogs, we would have to do a meet and greet before foster or adoption.

Oliver is an adorable Aussie/Lab mix so we think? He was found as a stray so we don't have any idea who mom or dad is.

Oliver is about 11 weeks old right now and he is a smart little guy. He already knows how to sit and give paw. He is very curious about his surroundings and enjoys playing with other dogs. If you are paying attention he will bark at you to go outside to potty.

Oliver will need an active family that will include him in hiking, camping or other fun activities. Please fill out an application from our website if you would like to meet Oliver. Fenced yard required.

Biscuit is a 5 year old Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix, he weighs about 60 pounds.

We adopted Biscuit out to a lovely couple 3 years ago. Unfortunately they are having health issues and we need to find Biscuit a new home.

Biscuit's pros: Amazing with kids of all ages, doesn't bark unless absolutely necessary, good with other dogs, loves attention and is loyal.

Biscuit's con's: chases small animals like rabbits and squirrels, we are thinking no cats because of this, he is stubborn and afraid of thunder and fireworks. We said he is good with other dogs and he is but he can get protective with his owner when unknown dogs are around.

Meatball is a 2 1/2 year old French/English Bulldog mix, (Frenglish breed) he weighs about 36 pounds. We rescued him from the shelter so we don't know how hard his past has been but he is such a happy boy.

Meatball is super sweet and just wants to be with his humans. He came to us with a very bad skin condition. His foster parents have done a wonderful job clearing that up and making him feel so much better. Meatball loves other dogs and is great with kids.

Sasha is a 2 year old Terrier mix weighing in at 27.4 pounds. She was a stray and was picked up by animal control. She had been there for 18 days and they were running out of options so we scooped her up in hopes to find her a good home.

Sasha is a very sweet girl with a big heart. She loves other dogs and humans and just wants to please everyone. She is 2 years old and didn't know what a leash was so she is going to need a little work with a harness and leash. One of the volunteers at the shelter took her out to the creek and she did so wonderful with her and her little girl.
