Athena Shar Pei

Background: Meet 6.5 year old 77 pound Athena Shar Pei! She is coming from a home where the family can no longer care for her due to their life changes.

Personality: Athena is a sweet dog with a medium amount of energy. She would love her own family and will do best as the one and only in her home:) She has always been an only princess:)

Health: Athena has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training: She walks on a leash and knows basic training and housetrained to boot!

Ideal Home: She would love a home where she can be a part of a family. She could work with a busy family that is on the go or a quieter family....she just wants people that will love her and include her in their lives. She has always been the only dog:)

Adoption Requirements: Athena’s adoption fee is $400. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think she could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application*: helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application.

*Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.
