Our beautiful Jewel was found as a pregnant stray and was brought to a shelter in San Bernadino where she gave birth to her babies. Hi! My name is Kara, and I’m a beautiful little shepherd mix… although exactly what kind of shepherd mix is still a bit of a mystery.
My siblings and I had a pretty rough start. We were found abandoned in a box at a park by a Good Samaritan who took us home and bottle-fed us. He quickly realized that raising a litter of tiny puppies was a bigger job than one person could handle, so he reached out for help. That’s when a foster stepped in and welcomed my sister and me into her home.
Now I’m busy doing what puppies do best: growing, learning, playing, and showing off my personality. I’m sweet, smart, confident, and just the right amount of sassy.

Meet Osito & Cloud, two wonderful young dogs who were found by a transport company while traveling through New Mexico. Now they need help finding the loving homes they deserve. Osito — About 2 years old, 62 lbs and believed to be a Lab/Cattle Dog mix. He’s affectionate, attentive, great with dogs and children, and walks beautifully on leash. Osito is not yet neutered.Cloud — About 1½ years old, 72 lbs and believed to be a Great Pyrenees mix. Smokey is a young adult Huskita mix that probably leans more on the Husky side of things because he is just an all around nice guy!! Probably about 3-4 years old Smokey likes everyone.. people, dogs and possibly could be introduced to a cat. He has a sweet demeanor and really isnt looking for any trouble!! He loves to do the zoomies when he knows he is going for walks and we have been working with him on his leash manners as the poor guy clearly had not had much of a life prior to rescue. Sadie is a sweet 10-month-old pup who was found in downtown Santa Ana and is now getting to experience the love and comfort of being in a home. ❤️

Sadie is an absolute sweetheart and total couch potato. She loves lounging on the couch, snuggling up, and relaxing with her favorite toys. She’s also great with children and has a gentle, easygoing personality.

She is crate trained and great in the car, making her an easy companion for adventures or simply hanging out at home. She can be a little shy and unsure on the leash, but she is making great progress every day and continues to build confidence with patience and encouragement.

CASH is available for adoption!! He is a young male akita that is friendly and has gotten along with friendly dogs through the fence. He has done well with his bath, walks well on leash, and is a very sweet young boy. Cash was rescued from the shelter at a very young age and appeared to never know what a loving home or human was. He was always friendly but did not know how to connect with affection. He also had high anxiety in crates or small kennels and in cars. We have been working with him and he has become an affectionate boy!! He did not know what toys were and now loves to chase balls and play tug of war! Cash still has serious anxiety in cars and small spaces, maybe due to neglect or abuse at a very young age but we are working with him and he is starting to ride in a car without sedatives. His anxiety does not display in any mean type of behavior just panic, where he wants to escape. Cash is very trainable and an adorable boy that is easily handled in the bath, on walks and has no food or toy aggression. He has grown so much with love and needs a home that can continue encouraging his growth and help him leave his fears behind forever!!

Freeman is a handsome 2-year-old German Shepherd who was rescued from a heartbreaking situation, living outside on a 3-foot chain in the heat. Thankfully, those days are behind him!Freeman is now thriving in his foster home and discovering what it means to be part of a family. He is sweet, mellow, and eager to learn. He’s doing well with potty training and has started enjoying walks, where he loves sniffing and exploring. His leash skills are still a work in progress, but he’s learning quickly.Freeman is looking for a loving home that will give him the exercise, structure, and continued training he needs to thrive.

Molly is a purebred, 12 year old German Shepherd! She loves to play fetch and always carries her ball with her. Molly is active for her age, but is also a loyal, well-behaved house guest. She will just lay by your feet when it is time to relax and, when you need to leave her at home, she will patiently wait by the door until you get back!

Molly is friendly and gets along well with people. She doesn't bark, knows basic commands, does well in a car, and she is crate trained as well as housebroken. Molly gets along with other dogs, but is dominant and a bit pushy so she would do best as the only pet in her next home.

George is a handsome Cane Corso mix born in 2023 looking for a new home or foster home! He is not currently in our care but with his owner. George’s owner works long 12–16 hour days, including weekends, which means this sweet boy spends far too much time alone. Big Boy and Frenchie girl Nugget came in together. So interesting reading up on English Mastiff. Says they are docile, dignified, protectors, working dogs. He has a broad head and droopy ears...we love those! He is sensitive and tunes into his person's vibrations.
We are curious to know his exact weight, and will update this profile when we learn it. Probably good with cats, too.
Tremendous companion - we don't know anything about this odd couple's history. Wouldn't it be great if they could get adopted together? Please come and meet him - come and walk, hang out with our dogs...soak up some love.

Ace is a young adult male Akita ready for adoption!!! He is a very good boy that knows how to sit and is definitely young and ready to learn about life!! He is good on walks and enjoys treats and being with his humans. He can be selective of other dogs so would do need to meet to see which dogs he may be compatible with. He has come out of his shell and shown he can possibly get along with another friendly dog!! He is very close to his people and would love to explore and play. He is currently in boarding but available to meet with a little notice. We have so many Akitas in care that we were able to save their lives but now we need to find them their forever homes!! These orphans deserve the best!!

ARCHER is a fun-loving young male Akita that is about a year old or so and is super sweet and just a pup ready for his forever home!! He has grown up in the shelter environment and now is in boarding but has been learning quickly how to walk on leash, sit and wants to follow his leader. He loves to play and toss his toys in the air and chase them!! Archer has the most happy, silly puppy personality. He will need some patience and time to learn what it is like to have a home but he is so ready!! Archer is friendly with other dogs and does not cause trouble with any of the other dogs in boarding. He may be able to live with a friendly female. He has even won over some of the sassy girl Akitas with his charm!!

Mishka is a 2 year old gorgeous Cane Corso. She is a little insecure when she first meets new friends, but once she trusts that she is safe, she is a giant baby.

This big moose loves deeply and gets soo excited when her favorite people get anywhere near her. If she hears you wake up in the morning, her giant club of a tail starts thumping the ground while she lays there waiting for her morning huggies.

She then goes into full body wiggle mode because she can’t contain her excitement that her favorite person is right there with her. She loves to run in the yard and she is a total cuddle bug.

Kuma is a well rounded 2 year old Cane Corso. This giant stunner loves to be the belle of the ball! She wants to be the center of attention and the center of your world. She also wants all of the toys and all of the snackies. She’s a good listener and even a better cuddler. She’s not much for personal space awareness and she has no idea that she’s a giant. Kuma is sweet and she is kind. She thrives with set expectations and basic boundaries.
