Meet Argos, a 7-year-old, 85 lb Cane Corso with a heart as big as he is! Rescued from the Riverside shelter just moments before euthanasia, Argos was severely malnourished but has since made a full recovery and is ready for his forever home.This gentle giant is a total couch potato who loves snuggling, relaxing with his people, and going for walks. He's calm, affectionate, walks nicely on leash, is crate trained, and is doing well with potty training. He can be shy initially but warms up quickly.Argos has done well with female dogs and may enjoy a compatible female companion. He has shown little interest in cats and would do best in a calm home without young children.Argos is neutered and urgently needs a forever home or new foster placement. This sweet boy is the perfect combination of intelligence, loyalty, and affection, and he's ready to find a family to call his own!One of Polo's favorite things in the world is playing fetch! He also enjoys car rides, walks nicely on a leash, and is always happy to spend quality time with his people.Polo is wonderful with other dogs and has been around children of all ages. Sweet Nina is ready for her next chapter! This adorable 4-year-old girl was rescued from the shelter with a severely injured leg. Thanks to an incredible surgeon, her leg was saved, and she's now recovering from surgery in her foster home. Nina is a very sweet girl who deserves a loving family to call her own! She is spayed, house trained, crate trained, and has done well with small dogs. Cody is a sweet 6-year-old, spayed Siberian Husky/Lab mix looking for a new family after her beloved owner sadly passed away unexpectedly.She is house trained, great on leash and loves walks, outings and spending time with her people. Cody is affectionate, loves giving kisses and does well home alone for normal outings without being destructive.Cody appears fearful of larger dogs and has not been around cats or children. She’s incredibly smart and eager to learn.Atzi has a medium-to-low energy level and is perfectly happy relaxing at home with two walks a day. She does well when left alone, although she may show some anxiety when her people leave.She is still learning to feel comfortable around other dogs.

She can be reserved at first, but once she trusts you, she bonds closely and is affectionate and loyal.Ooyoo would thrive with someone who can provide regular walks, structure, enrichment, and continued leash training. She does have some separation anxiety and may howl when left alone. Her owner also reports that she can be protective on walks and may growl if another dog gets too close.Ooyoo is a special girl with so much potential—she just needs someone ready to give her the next chapter she deserves.

Compatibility with other animals would need to be evaluated.
