1. Farmer
❤️ A FARMER IN THE DALE! MEET FARMER! ❤️
Meet Farmer, a handsome 2-year-old Corgi with a big personality and a heart just waiting for the right person to understand him! ❤️
Rescued by GreenDog Foundation from Palmdale Shelter, Farmer was labeled “Rescue Only” due to sensitivities around his neck and having a collar attached. However, Farmer is okay on a slip lead and will walk beautifully on one.
Since arriving in foster care, Farmer has been given something every dog deserves: time, patience, understanding, and space to decompress. And what a difference it’s made!

Farmer has shown us that he can be a sweet, calm, easygoing companion who enjoys affection, pets, and belly rubs — on his terms. He’s also done well around his foster family’s child, who understands and respects a dog’s personal space.

This darling 7–8 lb Puggle girl is pure sweetness wrapped in an irresistibly cute little face.
Waffles has the same playful, happy personality as Biscuit, but she’s a little more affectionate, cuddly and easygoing. She loves being close to her people, soaking up attention and giving plenty of love right back. ❤️
She can absolutely turn on the puppy playfulness, but she also has a wonderfully low-key, snuggly side that makes her extra special.

6. Marley
Meet Marley!
Marley is a young, lovable girl with the perfect combination of playful, affectionate, gentle—and just the right amount of goofy!
Marley originally came from the Irvine Animal Care Center and was adopted into a home without another dog. Unfortunately, she struggled there. Marley became anxious and distressed when left alone because she truly needs the security and companionship of another dog. When her adopter decided she could no longer keep her, Green Dog Foundation stepped in and welcomed Marley into our rescue.

Now in foster care with other dogs, Marley is happy, playful, and thriving. She loves people and enjoys playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. She is completely potty trained, leash trained, obedient, even-tempered, and eager to please. Marley loves toys, car rides, and social outings—but she is equally happy snuggling beside you and being a professional couch potato.
Because we now understand what Marley needs to feel safe and content, she must be adopted into a home with another friendly dog. For Marley, canine companionship is not simply a preference—it is an important part of helping her succeed in her forever home.

7. Sadie
Sadie is a sweet 10-month-old pup who was found in downtown Santa Ana and is now getting to experience the love and comfort of being in a home. ❤️
Sadie is an absolute sweetheart and total couch potato. She loves lounging on the couch, snuggling up, and relaxing with her favorite toys. She’s also great with children and has a gentle, easygoing personality.
She is crate trained and great in the car, making her an easy companion for adventures or simply hanging out at home. She can be a little shy and unsure on the leash, but she is making great progress every day and continues to build confidence with patience and encouragement.

Sadie is also curious about other dogs and has shown that she can do wonderfully around dogs of all sizes. At her very first adoption event, she never barked once and did so well being around all different sizes and personalities of dogs. ❤️
Sadie would be a wonderful fit as a solo companion, for a couple, or for a family. She’s still young and learning, but she is making amazing progress and we truly believe she will adjust beautifully to her new home.
All Sadie needs is someone willing to give her a little patience, lots of love, and a comfy couch to call her own. ❤️

8. Odette aka Hair Do
Meet Sweet Odette!
Don’t let her scruffy little haircut fool you—Odette is a tiny survivor with the biggest heart.
This sweet, playful girl weighs just
7 1/2 pounds
and was rescued from a South Los Angeles shelter after enduring heartbreaking neglect. She arrived severely matted, painfully thin, covered in fleas, and suffering from flea dermatitis. Her coat was so tangled that she had to be shaved, and during an earlier attempt to remove the mats, she was accidentally cut and required two staples. Thankfully, she’s now completely healed.

Today, Odette is a brand-new girl! She’s gained healthy weight, her soft coat is slowly growing back, and her joyful personality shines brighter every day. She’s fully vetted, spayed, and we believe she’s
under one year old
.
Odette is full of puppy fun! She loves carrying around her toys, zooming around the yard, chewing on her favorite treats, and soaking up all the love she can get. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would love a playful canine companion to share adventures with.
She’s doing great on leash, sleeps quietly in her crate at night, and is making wonderful progress with her potty training.
Every day, her beautiful coat grows in a little more—but she’s already beautiful where it matters most. Odette is affectionate, resilient, and ready to spend the rest of her life knowing only love.

9. Tilia
Tilia's mom Ginger ended up at the San Bernardino Shelter VERY pregnant, scared and depressed. Even though she was "full term," they set her to be spayed and her puppies aborted, but we were able to rescue her just before this happened. A week later, she gave birth to 6 healthy and adorable puppies. These puppies are social and loving and come from a home filled with love. At 8 weeks of age, they will have had their initial dewormings, their first vaccination and microchip. Tilia is unique in that she currently has one blue eye and one green eye!

Puppies are adopted out with a 'foster to adopt' contract and when they are deemed old enough to be spayed or neutered by a GreenDog Foundation Vet, the contract is complete and the adoption is finalized.
The adoption fee is $600 which covers their series of vaccinations including Rabies, microchipping and spaying or neutering. All of these services must be provided by one of GreenDog Foundation's Vets.

10. Mickey
Mickey is an adorable and sweet boy with an undeserving past. He was owner surrendered to us by the daughter of the owner who is in end of life care due to brain tumors. However, Mickey was already microchipped and we traced down the chip. Turns out this boy was dropped into a "night deposit" at a local shelter in 2022 and then adopted out to a John Smith and we don't know how many people he has been with from him to the ones we received him from, but this boy doesn't deserve the life he's had so far. He is a picture perfect dog. He gets along with cats, dogs, chickens, kids...everything. He is crate trained and prefers to sleep in his crate for naps and puts himself away in it for breakfast, dinner and bedtime.

He is fully housetrained and walks beautifully on a leash. He is the sweetest dog and we really want to make sure that his next home is going to be his last. He is a few pounds overweight, but has already lost a couple in our care. We had full blood work done on him and he is in picture perfect health. Mickey is a wonderful dog and would make anyone a wonderful companion. How to adopt from GreenDog Foundation
For adults, there is a $400 adoption fee; for puppies that have been born within the rescue, there is a $500 fee. The adoption fee covers all vaccinations (including Rabies), Microchipping, Spay/Neuter, and anything else that may be needed for the animal to be as healthy as it can be (dental, tumor removal, etc.)
