This sweet boy is playful and loves his toys, but his favorite thing in the world is being close to his people-especially if that means curling up in your lap for some quality snuggle time. He's incredibly affectionate and happiest just hanging out by your side, making him the perfect cuddle buddy for cozy nights and relaxed days at home.

Welcome Josie to CCPAL Rescue. Josie is a Chug (Chihuahua/Pug) puppy. She weighs 4 pounds and is 9 weeks old. She will be a small dog full grown. She should be 12 pounds or less. She is very sweet and has an adorable rounded head. She likes to be held, is good in a crate, goes on a wee pad and loves to play with toys. She was born at the Rescue. They took in a stray female and she was pregnant. This means the puppies get lots of attention and are very used to being in a loud and rowdy environment. Josie would be best in a home that the person doesn’t work all day every day. She needs to finish up her puppy training. Social pups make great adults and now is the time for her to spend time with her family and to go places and let people pet her. She is an AMAZING puppy. She would be fine with children. Due to her small size, we would like children to be 8 or older. She is getting her puppy vaccines and will have 3. She will then be ready for spay and adoption. She can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states.

He looks like Bonnie but he is a little taller and has down ears. He has a little longer legs and body. He is good in a crate, likes to be held. He is learning the wee pad and gets toys and treats from our adopters. He will get grooming and nail trims at the rescue so he will be fine with that. He would be a great dog for a lover of this breed. A smaller yard would be fine. He would be fine in a doggy daycare as he is very social. He was found as a stray. He is getting neutered and all his vaccinations at the Rescue. He is ready for his forever home. He would be best in a home with someone that doesn’t work all day everyday as he will need to finish up his puppy training. He would also be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is currently in the CCPAL Rescue in Texas. He can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast.
