Zeus ended up at the shelter because his young owner was unable to care for him. Now, this sweet boy is heartbroken. @

Meet this precious girl ROXY!! At 9 years young, she has so much love left to give. She’s a gentle, sweet soul who is a little afraid of the big world around her. In fact, she’s so timid that even her own shadow can be a little scary!
But here’s the beautiful thing about her… with a little patience, kindness, and love, she’s beginning to blossom!
She has been in foster care for about three weeks, and every day she’s showing a little more of her personality. She’s even starting to come out of her shell and initiate play with my dogs! Watching her confidence grow has been such a joy.

Meet Bullet, a handsome, super-intelligent 1-year-old Doberman/Shepherd mix weighing about 65 pounds!
Despite having a rough start in life, Bullet has maintained a wonderful personality and a loving heart. Through no fault of his own, he has already found himself in two different shelters. Now, Trinity GAP Rescue is determined to help him find the forever home he so deserves!
Bullet is currently in training to learn all the basics he missed as a puppy, and his trainer reports that he is doing fantastic! He is a smart boy who is eager to learn and wants to please.

9. Delaney
Adopt Delaney! She is a very sweet Great Pyrenees with a tragic backstory. We believe she is around 2 yrs old, and is currently underweight at 65lbs, we are working on getting some weight on her.
Delaney was found stuck in a dumpster where she couldn't get out, we believe she went in looking for food. Her female Pyrenees companion (Lilly, also available for adoption with SPIN Rescue) was waiting outside the dumpster staying by Delaneys side. They were both covered in fleas and had clearly spent a lot of time on the streets together.

Despite her history, Delaney is a happy affectionate dog that loves people, sometimes more than food! She is great with kids too. She lovings giving and getting love. She greets strangers with enthusiasm.
She takes treats gently and knows how to 'Sit'.
She is good with dogs of all sizes and even cats.
Sometimes Delaney needs some encouragement to come inside, but once you give her a little sweet talking she comes in with a tail wag and smile. When she gets overwhelmed she finds a little corner to tuck into but won't stay there for long.
She is great on a leash, does well with new people, kids and dogs she meets while out. She did really well at a brewery for our adoption event.
Delaney needs a little encouragement to load up into a car but then rides well, after realizing you don't need her help driving.
She is house trained and has a medium energy level.
Delaney is spayed. Her adoption fee is $250. She is currently in a foster home in Dallas / Ft Worth area of Texas. We do adopt out of state and can help arrange transport, adopters will be responsible for transportation costs.

I'm a happy guy and have only met one person I didn't like out of the many people I have been around! I am house trained, crate trained, and can be picky with some of my favorite food depending on the day. At night I sleep with the kid or in the kennel with the other dog. I don't do well sleeping alone and will cry and scratch at the kennel if left by myself to sleep. If the humans must be away, I will cry and bark in the crate and will chew on the furniture if left to roam. When outside I do not attempt to jump fences/gates but am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. I am scared of water, baths, being alone, and being left outside too long due to having a heat stroke in the past. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, chewing on toys, playing fetch, toys, being outside, cuddles, love, smiling when I want something, hitting the humans with my paws when I want something, nudge and paw the food container when it's time to eat, being in the human's lap, and dog treats! I am a handsome 3 year old white/brown boy that is an owner surrender due to no longer getting along with the other dog that I live with and for everyone's safety, I must be the only dog in the home. I am a beautiful 1 year old flashy fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to my owner being a truck driver and not having the time for me and life on the road is not ideal for me. I am described as friendly, active, smart, noisy, and playful! I do not live with other dogs but it is said that I am dog friendly. I do not live with cats or kids, so it is uncertain if I am cat or kid friendly. I do jump on people because I get very excited so my caretaker says I may not be a good fit for a family with small children.

I know basic commands, am house trained, but would need assistance with crate training if that is required in my forever home. I eat Healthy Choice puppy food from Tractor Supply and at night I sleep in the bed or recliner with the humans. I do sleep on my dog bed, but that is a very rare occasion. If the humans must be away, I am good but I have never been left alone for more than 2 hours. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I am fearful of fireworks and do not like being told no, getting too hot, or being crated/locked in confined spaces. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, tire with rope toy, squeaky toys, chewing on plastic bottles, catching water from the hose, sleeping by the humans feet or under the blankets, 'argue' or 'talk back' when I don't' get what I want, playing with dogs my size, and treats! EIGHT YEARS IN ONE HOME… NOW TOBY HAS TO START OVER.
At 8 years old, Toby has lost the only home he’s ever known. Surrendered by his owner alongside his brother, Titus, this little boy now needs a family to give him a fresh start.
Toby is an 18-pound Chihuahua mix who is neutered, fully vetted, and potty trained. He’s good with kids and has never been around cats.
Behind that sweet, graying face is a dog who deserves security, a soft place to sleep, and someone who will cherish him for the rest of his life. ❤️

AFTER NINE YEARS, TITUS HAS LOST THE ONLY HOME HE’S EVER KNOWN.
At 9 years old, Titus should be curled up in a familiar lap, feeling safe and loved. Instead, this little Chihuahua mix was surrendered by his owner alongside his brother, Toby. His whole world has changed.
Titus weighs 19 pounds, is fully vetted and potty trained. He deserves a soft bed, a loving family, and the security of knowing he’s home for good. Nine years old is no age to start over—but he still has so much love to give. ❤️

Dolly is just a doll! Found in the area a Good Samaritan took her to urgent care for some wounds on her body, then called us. This sweet, sweet girl is potty trained, walks well on a leash and is affectionate. The vet estimates her to be around 6 yr old. We are getting her all caught up and ready for her fur-ever home. Meet Lilly! She is an incredibly sweet dog with a heartbreaking backstory. Estimated to be around 4-6 yrs old, she came into SPIN rescue clearly starving, very underweight at 70lbs, we think a healthy weight would be around 90-100lbs.
Lilly was found on the street near a dumpster. Her female Great Pyrenees companion (Delaney, also now with SPIN Rescue) had gotten stuck inside the dumpster and Lilly was loyal, staying nearby, waiting for her friend to be rescued.

A vet has confirmed Lilly has had multiple litters of puppies in the past. We also believe she was abused at some point as she is very sensitive to pressure on her neck/collar and starts to panic. She has some scarring on her nose and legs, either from abuse or her time on the streets.
Now safe in her foster home, she has been the sweetest, calmest, most amazing dog.
She absolutely adores children and follows the 8yr boy around the house, he is her favorite. She has a very calm relaxed demeanor, low energy. She can be shy with adult strangers but once she realizes they are kind, she has loved everyone she's met. She does enjoy snuggling and will rest in your lap.
Lilly was reserved at first, but now thats she's getting more comfortable she has been more playful and even got the zoomies. She enjoys putting her feet in the pool.
She has been great with all dogs. Lilly will need another dog in her forever home, as she bonds strongly with dogs. (If you don't have one, you can also adopt Delaney, who she was found with)
Regarding cats, she has gotten better and now gets along well with cats on her foster home's property but is not a fan of strange cats. She does well with livestock too but is ready for the inside life.
She is mostly house trained, we think she will have it down by time she is adopted. We do not walk her on leash, as she is sensitive to pressure on the collar - she becomes scared and wants to get away. Fencing in her home will need to be secure as she can be a runner. She overall doesn't bark but when she does its justified.
Lilly has been through a lot in her life, she deserves the best. Her adopters will need to have some patience at first but she warms up quickly and will love you with all her heart.
