Duke loves toys, running and playing outside (supervised), and spending time with his people. He's also a big cuddle bug who thinks he's a lap dog and is happiest getting attention and belly rubs.

5. Feyre
Adult (1 year 2 months) · Female · Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (medium coat)

Age: 1 year
Weight: 40lb
Feyre, pronounced FAY-RUH, is named after the brave, strong heroine of the ACOTAR book series. Feyre loves people, loves other dogs and is super playful. Her perfect evening consists of play time (she loves to fetch) or a walk, followed by snuggles on the couch. It's a big plus if belly rubs are included.
Feyre's start in life wasn't ideal - at 1 year old she's already had a litter of pups and been dumped at the shelter with them. Luckily they made it into a foster home, she raised her pups, and now she's ready to start her new life!
Read more about Feyre
New places still make her a little nervous but she's getting better every day - she just needs a few minutes to feel safe when she encounters new things/places. She most likely wasn't exposed to much and never walked on a leash prior to landing at the shelter.
Feyre is super smart and learning new things every day. She can't wait to find a family and would LOVE to have a doggie friend that likes to run and play.
Feyre is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $275 and you can apply for her here if you're interested in learning more: Adoption Application - Legacy Humane Society

Once you meet him, it's almost impossible to imagine life without him.
Read more about Mason
Mason is a breathtaking Golden Retriever mix with a gorgeous soft fluffy coat, an adorable curly tail, and the sweetest expression you've ever seen. People often stop to admire how handsome he is, but it's his incredible personality that truly steals the show.
Affection is Mason's love language. He lives for snuggles, belly rubs, and simply being close to his people. If he needs a little extra attention, he'll gently put his paws around you for one of his famous hugs. It's impossible not to smile when this big teddy bear decides it's cuddle time.

When playtime rolls around, Mason is always ready for an adventure. He loves every kind of toy and will enthusiastically chase after a ball or his favorite stuffed toy. Bringing it back? More than anything, Mason is searching for someone to love forever. Someone who wants a loyal shadow, a cuddle buddy, a walking partner, a conversation companion, and a best friend all wrapped into one incredibly handsome dog.
