If you have room in your heart (and on your couch) for a 115-pound gentle giant, come meet Mack! At 2 ½ years old, this handsome guy is the total package. He’s spent his whole life in one loving home, but due to a change in his family’s work schedule, he’s now searching for his next chapter.

Mack is super friendly and loves everyone he meets.
He is professionally trained, housebroken, and walks beautifully on the leash. While he is completely neutral around other dogs when out and about, we prefer he be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the love and attention he deserves.

This cutie pie is Darwin! He is a 1 year old, 40lb mixed breed pup and he is a sweetheart! Darwin is a playful and affectionate boy. He has an endearing personality and so much love to give. He is fluffy and soft and the perfect snuggle buddy! Darwin walks beautifully on a leash and we are working on teaching him some basic commands. Darwin’s size and temperament make him a great fit for just about any family. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on shots. Who can resist a dog with a smile like that!! This sweet boy is Rutgers. He is a 1 yr old, medium sized (50 lb) mixed breed boy and he is adorable!

Rutgers is a sweet and friendly boy who also happens to be a star student. Rutgers is very treat motivated and is learning fabulous leash manners and commands very quickly. He truly enjoys his training sessions and would thrive in a family that would be able to give him plenty of exercise and continue working with him. Meet Jeter- happiness in a small scruffy package! Jeter is a 1 1/2 year old, 24 lb terrier mix. He is a friendly, playful little guy. He is full of spunk and personality! Jeter loves to play and zoom around our play yard but he also loves snuggling and getting belly rubs. Tater Tot is a resilient 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix looking for his furever home. He has had a difficult start to life, having been left tied up outside in long, muddy grass for a long period. Despite the neglect he endured, Tater Tot is ready to put his past behind him and find a safe, stable environment where he can truly blossom.

Because of his history and need for one-on-one attention, Tater Tot requires a home where he can be the only dog, recover from his past and provide the care he deserves. Tater tot would love a home where its just him and his Mom and Dad..

FOREVER HOME NEEDED

Cookie, the longest canine resident at RG CARES Animal Shelter in Pomona, has been waiting four years for a family.

Four Legs Good describes the 8+ year-old pup as affectionate, playful, and goofy. The rescue says she loves people, car rides, snuggling, adventures and even kayaking. Cookie also knows basic commands and walks well on a leash.

The rescue says Cookie would do best as the only pet in a home with someone who has big-dog experience. Older children would make great playmates, and a fenced-in yard for zoomies and sunbathing would be a bonus.

He’s extremely affectionate and loves snuggling up to the volunteers. Since arriving at our rescue, Jagger has been an eager participant in training. He has learned some commands and walks nicely on a leash, but the sky’s the limit for what else this guy can learn! He loves his walks and zipping around our play yards, but is also content to lay in the sun and watch the world go by around him.
